How do you process queries of consultation or pooja booking?
First of all you have 2 options of booking for both consultation service as well as for all varieties of poojas. You can either book through our website –payment gateway or do a cash deposit, cheque deposit or online NEFT transfer. You will have to then call us on +91 9740230579 and share your date of birth, time of birth and place of birth as well as provide reference number of payment made. You can also share the details via email. Upon confirmation of receipt of the payment, your request will be processed within 48 hours.
How many consultations do you take up per day?
To ensure qualitative outcome, we take up only 20 astrology consultations per day. This is based on first come first serve basis based on the payment confirmation. Incase it exceeds 20 numbers then the consultation will be programmed for the following day and you will be informed about processing your horoscope soon after you register your details at the time of booking.
Is your pricing same across all countries?
Yes, the pricing for our services is same across all countries. Except the courier or postage charges for delivery of prasadam for countries outside India will be at additional cost at actuals.
What sort of remedies do you generally recommend after studying the horoscope? Do you prescribe gemstones and yantras?
Yes. We do prescribe remedies such as poojas, abhishekas, jaaps, temple visits, simple remedies that you can do at home, do it yourself, rudrakshas, gemstones and yantras as well if your horoscope demands so.
How do I register with Poojas.in ?
The process of registering at poojas.in is really simple. Just click on the “SIGNUP” tab on our homepage and provide a few basic details. Your account will be activated as soon as you click on the confirmation link sent to your email ID.
Why do you need my email ID?
We will need your email ID to send you all the important information like horoscope reading, pooja dates, status updates on poojas you book, prasadam delivery status, guidance on how to use the prasadam, schedule or time table of implementation of poojas, timely updates on upcoming poojas, password reset links, promotional offers etc that are relevant to you.
Why do you need my address?
Your address will be saved in your account and we will use it to deliver prasadams unless specified otherwise.
Is it necessary to provide my contact number?
Your contact number will help us provide you better service by keeping you updated on your order status. Your mobile will also receive regular updates about our latest offerings instantly if you give your consent for the same. The updates are usually through SMS or WhatsApp.

Yes, you can make multiple purchases for yourself. You can make multiple purchases for other addresses too.
Can I get a poojas done for my relatives and friends and send Prasadam to them directly through you?
Yes, you can send Prasadam to anyone in India or abroad. Just make sure to enter the recipient's complete and correct address at the time of checkout. Also, all our poojas are satvik and beneficial. So you may do so if they have no objection.
Do you support international delivery? Can I send Prasadam to someone outside India?
As mentioned earlier, we do cater to devotees needs from all across the globe. The prasadam delivery charges will vary depending on the pooja you book and the weight of the prasadam. Perishable items will not be sent as prasadam.
What do you normally send as prasadams?
For different poojas we send different variety of prasadams.
For all jaaps we send a sankalp sheet, mantra akshata – rice grains, theerth- holy consecrated water. The sankalp sheet will contain the details of the jaap or pooja performed, your spiritual identity – nakshatra, rashi and gotra and prayer typed in the regional language.
For abhishekas we send only kumkum and vibhuti prasadam that we receive from the temple. Some temples give pendants and yantra or picture of the deity as prasadam and that will be sent accordingly if you have booked for that pooja.
We don’t send perishable items such as flowers, eatables as prasadam.
Is there an upper limit on the order I can place for Prasadam?
There is no upper limit on the order/s you place. We accept bulk orders too.
Is my Prasadam hygienic? How do you ensure the quality of Prasadam?
We take utmost care in maintaining the quality and hygiene of the Prasadam from the time of procurement to the time it reaches you. However, we do not take any liability for the source from where the Prasadam is procured.
You have a wide range of poojas on your site. However, if we would like you to do some pooja which is not listed on your website can you arrange for the same?
Yes, we do consider performing poojas that are not listed on the website provided they are satvik poojas. The decision is entirely based on our discretion.
Can I claim refund for any of the services I avail?
No. We don’t have a policy to refund. So place an order only when you are sure you would like to get it done. Once you have placed the order, we execute the same and send you the prasadam.
What is the percentage of improvement one can see after getting the poojas done through you?
With our 16 years of experience, good results of above 50 % improvement are assured within 48 days of completion of poojas and receipt of the prasadam. This is also subject to variation depending upon the karmic level of the person in whose name the poojas are performed.
